Women’s Legislation in Israel is the first compilation in Israel combining all legislation directly relevant to women and their legal status in Israel. It aims to provide quick and easy access to the legislative level for relevant professionals and for anyone interested in women’s status.
The compilation includes all legislation directly pertaining to women in Israel at the time of publication. The laws are divided into six thematic chapters: general; family – marriage and childbirth; society and welfare; employment; public life; and sex offences and violence against women. There is also an alphabetical listing of all the laws according to their names, and a list of additional rules and regulations which do not appear in the compilation, arranged by subject.
