“A” turned to the Rackman Center for emotional support during a challenging divorce process. With her permission, we are happy to share what she wrote us:
“Dear Gilit and the Rackman team, I would like to thank you for your very important and significant assistance. When I turned to the Rackman Center, I felt helpless and lost. I felt so alone, I needed someone to talk to. From the very first phone call, Gilit, you cheered me up. I felt that there was someone who believed in me. There was someone who understood me. I was so relieved. The phone support you offered me made me feel that I was no longer alone. Thank you, Gilit, and thank you to everyone behind the scenes. May you be blessed for your important and significant work. Please continue to be the bright spot that creates a turning point, and may no one else need you!
“Dear Tzipi, I began my conversations with you when I was feeling hopeless, thinking that there was no way out. During our conversations, I felt that you were listening and wanting to help. I knew all the time that someone was by my side and I was no longer alone. You offered me wisdom and sensitivity from your heart, during the difficult experiences I shared with you. You gave full space to the emotions that I expressed, and that was what I really needed. Furthermore, you knew how to direct me to take the right course of action to achieve my goal. During our conversations, I experienced ups and downs, but you knew how to identify my strengths and encourage me to continue to stay strong. To maintain what I had and to build what I deserve.
“Today, I feel much more capable. Although the process is not over, I am no longer struggling. I was able to transform my life quickly after realizing that I was not alone. Thank you, Tzipi, for donating your time to me. Thank you for listening and giving me strength. I hope that all your hard work will always bear fruit, and you will always receive as much as you give.
“With gratitude and appreciation, A.”
