The Rackman Center held a highly successful conference for legal professionals on 3rd September, on the topic of Child Support. The Supreme Court gave a precedent-setting decision last month on the issue of child support, in which the 7-judges panel relied heavily on an academic article written by Prof Ruth Halperin-Kaddari and Rackman Center lawyers, Adv Keren Horowitz and Adv Shay Zilberberg. The panel actually quoted us 40 times in the decision! In light of this and of other recent developments, we saw a need to explain the changes and present it to professionals in the field. The conference was packed to capacity and was very interesting.
